Vin+Yin Experience with Christa Evans

A Vinyasa Class and Yin Yoga Class designed to be taken together. Maximize your mid-week decompression with 2 hours of yoga.

Wednesdays @ 6:30pm-8:45pm

A vigorous Vinyasa workout is followed by meditative Yin style postures to assimilate your hard work with stillness and calm.

Modifications are provided on every pose to suit your individual needs. Beginners may go at their own pace while advanced yogis are free to challenge themselves as they please. 

$10 includes your Mat Rental for two people.  A 15 minute break will be held between classes.  Reserve your Mat Space by purchasing your Vin+Yin ticket today.
