Qigong

Qigong is an exercise that awakens the energy inside of us. Making us feel happy, relaxed, and balanced. Not overly strenuous, it is perfect for all ages. Qigong or 'Chi Kung' goes back thousands of years and is an ancestor to the very well known art of Tai Chi Chuan. Learn to discover and integrate Chi or Qi into your life.

Practice breathing and concentrating the Energy centers of the body. Engage postures and gentle movements that combine mindfulness with breath. 

Every Tuesday @ 8:30-9:30pm.

$10 per guest or $5 per person when you bring a Friend All sessions include triple-filtered water and joyful relaxation. ALL experience levels welcome. ♥
