Morning Qigong

Qigong is an exercise that awakens the energy inside of us. Making us feel happy, relaxed, and balanced. Not overly strenuous, this practice is perfect for all ages. Qigong or 'Chi Kung' dates back thousands of years and is an ancestor to the very well known art of Tai Chi Chuan.
