Scott Forrester is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner with 800 hours of training. The Aware Athlete, uses the Feldenkrais Method’s® movement with awareness to help its clients become the athletes they want to be. The method is non-threatening and is very gentle, making it appropriate for all ages. It uses the basic human trait of innovative thinking through learning and the science of neuroplasticity. Moshe Feldenkrais said, “If you know what you are doing, you can do what you want.” We add new ways of doing an activity. This gives the mind/body more resources to work with which creates better movement and a better self-image.
